Returns & Exchanges

At Baseline Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused decks, hardware, and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective shrink-wrap on decks is intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our shop team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
